DALLAS, TX – September 10th, 2025 - Hastings Law Firm Medical Malpractice Lawyers is proud to announce that nationally recognized trial lawyer Brady D. Williams has joined the firm’s Dallas office. Williams’ arrival strengthens the firm’s growing presence in North Texas and underscores its commitment to serving patients and families harmed by medical negligence across the region.

Williams has dedicated his career to representing clients in high-stakes medical malpractice and catastrophic injury cases nationwide. His results-driven advocacy includes securing one of the largest medical malpractice verdicts in the country in 2021, along with hundreds of verdicts and settlements for families whose lives were forever changed by medical errors.

“Brady is an extraordinary addition to our Dallas team,” said Tommy Hastings, founder of Hastings Law Firm. “His courtroom experience and relentless client-first approach make him the type of advocate every family deserves. His presence in our Dallas office allows us to better serve communities across North Texas with the highest level of representation.”

Williams began his career in California at one of the nation’s leading medical malpractice and products liability firms before returning home to Texas in 2017. Known for his personal, hands-on approach, Williams emphasizes the importance of building strong client relationships:

“I get to know my clients, their families, their kids. In my practice, it is critical to truly understand the full extent of the impact of any injury. When I am negotiating settlements or talking to juries at the courthouse, first and foremost, I am thinking about my clients and their families.”

Williams is a member of the Texas Trial Lawyers Association, Dallas Trial Lawyers Association, and The National Trial Lawyers. He has been recognized as a Super Lawyers Rising Star, a Top 40 Under 40 attorney by The National Trial Lawyers, and has been listed in Best Lawyers in America. Marcoola, QLD – 27 August 2025 – Road trips are surging in popularity across Queensland. Guelph (August 28, 2025) – BirchBioMed Inc., a leading biopharmaceutical company and expert in the development of products for scarring and other fibrosis-related disorders, is thrilled to announce Hamilton Health Sciences’ (HHS) Centre for Burn Research in Ontario, Canada, as the first contracted clinical trial site for its Phase II/III randomized study of the naturally-based compound, FS2.

The trial (ClinicalTrials.gov identifier: NCT06807021) will be initiated at HHS’ Centre for Burn Research which specializes in research on developing treatments and therapies to improve healing and quality of life outcomes for burn patients through evidence-based care.

FS2, a kynurenic acid product, was first identified as a potential drug candidate for clinical research by investigators at the University of British Columbia. In preclinical trials of the topical cream compared to a leading competitor product, FS2 demonstrated superior prevention of scars as well as the breakdown and reduction of existing scars that occurred both externally and internally after injury, surgery or disease. FS2 is unique in its therapeutic category as it targets scarring on a molecular level.

The objective of the study is to see how FS2 affects scar formation in people with burn injuries that need skin graft surgery. Notably, the study assessment will utilize 3D clinical imaging technology, alongside subjective rating scales, to objectively assess and measure scar healing.

Dr. Carlos Camozzi, MD, PhD, Chief Medical Officer, BirchBioMed, said: “As experts in the development of products for scarring and other fibrosis-related disorders, we are delighted to enter this exciting new phase of our FS2 clinical program.

“We see this trial as a pivotal moment in burn care, and we continue to hear from our partnered physicians across the country that innovation is long overdue. There is considerable anticipation for FS2’s potential to transform the lives of millions of people suffering from disfiguring and often life-threatening scars.”

SGS Nutrasource’s collaboration with HHS represents the first of up to ten clinical sites in Canada earmarked to undertake this research. The first patients are expected to enrol by September 2025.

“Every aspect of this study has been carefully designed to prioritize patient experience and rigorously evaluate the product’s efficacy”, says Adam Kuttenkeuler, PMP, Project Manager at SGS Nutrasource. “SGS Nutrasource is proud to lead this one-of-a-kind study across Canada, launching with such a prestigious research site.”

In addition to product manufacturing, quality and development, SGS Nutrasource provides BirchBioMed with extensive clinical and regulatory expertise at this strategic pivotal point in its development.

Miami, Florida –August 23, 2025 – Nobel Relocations, a leader in international moving and relocation services, has solidified its position as one of the most trusted names in the industry, earning top ratings from customers around the world and proudly holding the prestigious FIDI FAIM Certification—the gold standard for quality and professionalism in international moving.

For many families and professionals planning an overseas move, the process can feel overwhelming. On forums like Reddit, people frequently share the same frustrations: movers who promise the world but go silent after contracts are signed, “surprise” fees at the last minute, careless packing that leads to broken or lost belongings, and months-long delays with no updates. Nobel Relocations has built its business model specifically to eliminate those concerns.

With FIDI certification, Nobel Relocations is held to the highest global standards for quality control, financial stability, and customer satisfaction. Every shipment is handled by a vetted network of partners who meet the same rigorous benchmarks. This means no passing your possessions off to unknown third parties, no unexpected hand-offs, and no shrugging off responsibility if something goes wrong.

Transparency That Builds Trust

Rather than burying customers in fine print, Nobel Relocations provides clear, upfront quotes and explains every step of the process. From the first video survey to the final delivery, clients know exactly who has their shipment, where it is, and when it will arrive. This level of transparency directly addresses one of the biggest pain points voiced online—feeling “left in the dark” once belongings are on the ocean.

Packing with Precision and Care

In a world where one careless mover can destroy an irreplaceable heirloom, Nobel Relocations employs trained professionals who follow meticulous packing protocols for every box, crate, and container. Fragile items receive custom packaging, and full inventory checks are conducted to ensure nothing is overlooked or mishandled.

A Partner for the Entire Journey

International moving is more than just transportation—it’s about starting a new chapter in life. Nobel Relocations supports clients through customs paperwork, destination services, and even guidance on local resources in their new home country. It’s this comprehensive, human-centered approach that has made the company a favorite among expats, diplomats, and corporate relocation managers alike.

“When people entrust us with their lives in boxes, we take that responsibility personally,” said Yaniv Dalei, Managing Director at Nobel Relocations. “Our FIDI certification isn’t just a badge—it’s a promise that we’ll deliver the same level of care, transparency, and professionalism that we would want for our own families.”
