Surrey, British Columbia – Top Dawg Pressure Wash, Abbotsford's 5-star rated pressure washing company, has acquired New Again Services to expand residential and commercial power washing services across the Lower Mainland. The July 25th, 2025 transaction marks Top Dawg's first acquisition and significantly increases service capacity for homeowners and businesses throughout British Columbia.

Strategic Acquisition Expands Lower Mainland Service Coverage

New Again Services, founded by Ryan Smith, has spent nearly a decade building a trusted reputation across the Lower Mainland, delivering quality pressure washing services to residential and commercial clients. Under Smith's leadership, New Again became recognized for reliable service and strong customer relationships.

Shared Values Drive Business Integration

Anthony Cutter, owner of Top Dawg Pressure Wash, said, "We are incredibly excited to be adding New Again Services into the Top Dawg family! Making our first acquisition has been a surreal experience, and has only fueled our already fast-paced growth. It became very clear right from the first meeting that this wouldn't be just a business move, but a decision that fell perfectly in line with our shared core values."

Commitment to Community-Focused Service

Cutter noted the strong alignment between both companies, stating, "Something that stood out to me was how similar our customer base was, both aiming to serve average, everyday homeowners and businesses in our respective communities. Both businesses were built on humble beginnings, from knocking doors, building personal relationships with our clients, and putting customer service above everything else."

Seamless Transition Ensures Continued Quality

Ryan Smith, founder of New Again Services, said, "I'm proud of what we built over the past decade - a solid reputation and a company that made a real difference in our community. Anthony and his team at Top Dawg share the same values and commitment to quality service. I'm confident they'll continue to deliver the exceptional service our customers expect."

New Again Services will be integrated into Top Dawg's branding and operational systems. The acquisition expands Top Dawg's service area and capacity to serve homes and strata properties across the Lower Mainland.

"We are honored to carry the torch and learn from someone with so much extensive experience in our field," said Cutter. "We promise to keep delivering the same great service New Again clients have come to expect."

The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Geneva (September 9, 2025) – SGS, the world’s leading testing, inspection and certification company, has published SafeGuardS 129.25, detailing Switzerland’s latest updates to the Ordinance on Protection against dangerous substances and preparations (Chemicals Ordinance, ChemO).

On August 14, 2925, Switzerland issued Official Collection 2025 506 (RO 2025 506) to amend two annexes under ChemO:
- Annex 2 – to align technical requirements with recent amendments to the EU Classification, Labeling and Packaging (CLP) Regulation
- Annex 3 – adding seven new substances of very high concern (SVHCs) and updating one entry, expanding the Candidate List from 240 to 247

The new SVHCs impact a wide range of applications, from toys, flooring and food contact materials to lubricants, coatings and cosmetics. Suppliers of articles containing SVHCs above 0.1% must provide sufficient information to ensure safe use, while manufacturers remain responsible for supplying safety data sheets.

Transitional provisions allow the supply of substances not meeting ATP-22 to CLP until April 30, 2026, and ATP-23 until January 31, 2027. RO 2025 506 entered into force on September 1, 2025.

SGS experts publish SafeGuardS to inform stakeholders of regulatory changes. SafeGuardS 129.25 provides full details of the amendment and includes a helpful table detailing the seven SVHCs added to Annex 3 of ChemO.

Stakeholders are encouraged to review SGS’s original SafeGuardS 129.25 for more details.

Williams’ arrival strengthens the firm’s growing presence in North Texas and underscores its commitment to serving patients and families harmed by medical negligence across the region.

Williams has dedicated his career to representing clients in high-stakes medical malpractice and catastrophic injury cases nationwide. His results-driven advocacy includes securing one of the largest medical malpractice verdicts in the country in 2021, along with hundreds of verdicts and settlements for families whose lives were forever changed by medical errors.

His presence in our Dallas office allows us to better serve communities across North Texas with the highest level of representation.”

Williams began his career in California at one of the nation’s leading medical malpractice and products liability firms before returning home to Texas in 2017. Since then, he has focused his practice on representing patients and families in cases involving medical malpractice, birth injuries, and traumatic brain and spinal cord injuries.

Known for his personal, hands-on approach, Williams emphasizes the importance of building strong client relationships:

“I get to know my clients, their families, their kids. In my practice, it is critical to truly understand the full extent of the impact of any injury. When I am negotiating settlements or talking to juries at the courthouse, first and foremost, I am thinking about my clients and their families.”

Williams is a member of the Texas Trial Lawyers Association, Dallas Trial Lawyers Association, and The National Trial Lawyers. He has been recognized as a Super Lawyers Rising Star, a Top 40 Under 40 attorney by The National Trial Lawyers, and has been listed in Best Lawyers in America.
