Ukraininan NGOs claim Russian Forces cite 5% as Percentage of Civilians Who must be killed before an Oblast is deemed to be under

MARIUPOL, Ukraine - According to Svetlana Shevchenko of the Save Ukraine Network, some intercepted Russian army communications, which are often sent out unencrypted, have claimed there is a commonly cited figure for the percentage of civilians who must perish in a given oblast (roughly equivalent to a county) in Ukraine, before Russian political control can be affirmed. It's 5%.

Says Shevchenko, "We kept hearing this number repeated throughout Russia's invading forces, including from brigade commanders, conscripts, and even Colonels and Senior Lietenants. We used sites like https://www.reddit.com/r/ukraine/comments/t39toj/you_can_listen_to_russian_troops_talking_to/ to listen to their exchanges.

Sometimes they communicate through Armed Forces radio, sometimes through cell phones, but to a surprisingly large degree their communications are not encrypted." The claim has been echoed by journalists from Ukrayinska Pravda and the New Voice of Ukraine.

They would say "Remember 5%". Eventually, through dozens of intercepted calls, we found what they mean.  In Mariupol, a city of over 400,000, the invaders had to eliminate 20,000 before military control of the city was assured. This figure is not disputed by either Russian or Ukrainian authorities."

So apparently a general belief among the Russian armed forces is that 5% of a city or oblast's civilians must die, before military
control by Russia can be consistently maintained.

"It turns out that "5 percent" sounds almost the same in Russian and Ukrainian" says Save Ukraine's Oleg Kravchuk, "so even Ukrainian civilians and military personnel who do not speak Russian are familiar with this concept."

Home At Last Announces GoFundMe Campaign for a Military Veteran

Please help military veteran, Shao, regain his soon-to-be home

New York City, NY — Military Veteran, Shao, who lost his soon-to-be home to an ungrateful seller who is currently keeping Shao's $100,000 good faith deposit. Shao needed an extension on the contract to complete the necessary steps to secure his loan. In New York, you have a 30-day grace period, whereas you can extend the contract past 30 days post original closing date.

Unfortunately, the seller did not accept this extension and kept Shao's $100,000 good faith deposit. Furthermore, the seller has not relisted the property and still lives there today. Shao has hired an attorney to fight to receive his money back. The attorney fees may wipe out his winnings. We believe that NO seller should ever keep a Veteran's money - especially if the money is all the Veteran has.

Shao needs a home, and his $100,000 was the key to that. So please donate what you can to get our Veteran HOME AT LAST. Please visit: https://www.gofundme.com/f/homeatlastus

  • Vaar: drik panchang today follows seven days a week and modulates auspicious events, dates, and events on this basis. The week of the week starts from Sunday to Saturday and is named after its representative planet.
  • Titi: Refers to the state and position of the moon in Shukla Paksha (wax mask phase) or Krishna Paksha (decline phase). In both cases, Titi is named after the state of the moon. This is the main reason that there are 14 Titas in the two cycles between Amavasya and Purnima.
  • Nakshatra: According to Vedic astrology, the universe is divided into 12 constellations of zodiac circles. As defined, the Nakshatra are a group of 27 stars that make up the zodiac sign. They are analyzed according to the position of the moon.
  • Karana: Half of the yoga is called Karana. 2 trips make a date or a titi, a total of 11 trips. 4 of them are fixed, and the other 7 are moveable.

Moroccos Foreign Minister to the Swiss Newspaper Tribune de Geneve

Amnesty International latest report, published on June 22, 2020, provoked an extended exchange between Moroccan officials and the organisation's representatives.

Berlin, Germany., July 21, 2020 -- Following Amnesty International’s allegations against the Kingdom of Morocco, the Moroccan Minister of Foreign Affairs calls the allegations unfounded and criticized the organization for “having failed in its duty of neutrality and objectivity.”Interviewed by the Swiss newspaper Tribune de Geneve, Bourita said that AI’s report is “far from being in a dynamic dialogue.” In a war against an Israeli software company, Amnesty International accuses Moroccan security services of spying on journalist Omar Radi for over a year by infecting his phone with the Israeli spyware.

On Monday, July 13, an Israeli court decided to dismiss Amnesty International’s complaint against NSO. It justified the decision by AI’s failure to prove that its Pegasus spying software “was used to spy on Amnesty activists.” “This is another case in which AI speaks without evidence,” the Moroccan Minister said, adding that similar cases “raise serious doubts about their methodology” and that “Morocco will not give in to this blackmail.” Commenting on the allegations contained in the report, the foreign minister pointed out that AI’s chooses to deny ‘more than two decades of achievements in human rights in Morocco, recognized by the international community.” The report places Morocco “in the same category as countries that have committed atrocities against their own people,” he deplored.

Minister Bourita criticized the report’s claims that only countries can hack into phones through mobile operators. According to him, there are “devices that mimic network signals and hack into mobile phones and are sold online.” Bourita also condemned “the tone used in [AI’s] publications and tweets,” adding that “we do not think that ‘name and shame’ is the best way to get things done.” “What we were looking for was a detailed report substantiating the allegations of espionage. We have requested access to the chain of custody of the phone in question, including software and hardware, so that the competent Moroccan authorities can properly conduct their counter-investigation, because a lot of work is needed to understand how the hacking was carried out,” Bourita explained. He also emphasized, during this interview, that the Moroccan government needs to have access and information about Amnesty International’s sources, to find out if “someone is wiretapping” Moroccan citizens. The government has has yet to hear back from Amnesty International.

Bourita explained to the Journalist of Tribune de Geneve that Morocco believes in freedom of expression. Yet, Amnesty international published seven reports on Morocco in 2020 and a total of 72 reports that have been very critical of the Kingdom, without even consulting with the Moroccan authorities. The organization, the minister says, carries”out a media campaigns against Morocco on the basis of unfounded accusations, misleading, therefore, several media and journalists,”. “We do not expect to be spared, even less flattered, but the reforms undertaken by Morocco in the field of human rights have been marked with courage and openness,” Bourita told the Swiss newspaper concluding that Morocco’s human rights’ trajectory is “not perfect,” but the progress is still tangible and matches the expectations of the Moroccan people.“Such accusations affect both the national security of a country and the individual freedoms of its citizens. The double dimension requires a lot of caution and nuance. We criticize Amnesty International for having failed in its duty of neutrality and objectivity and for lack of professionalism,”.
