In this role, Racioppi, a passionate, creative, focused collaborative team player with 18+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams of experts, will be charged with leading and developing teams within the organization. He is a driven, hands-on problem solver achieving success in fast-paced environments across several verticals.
About Francis Racioppi
Francis Racioppi has extensive C-suite experience as a highly adaptable leader focused on strategic process and tactical implementation. As a senior executive, he has a proven record of building rapport and effective communication for accurate and timely decision-making. In addition to his role at Analytix, He is also the Host and Creator of the Jedburgh Podcast in New York, USA. The Jedburgh Podcast is a conversational podcast with prominent visionaries, drivers of change, and those dedicated to winning.
Racioppi brings vast potential and industry expertise in people management internationally to the Analytix leadership team. His experience across several industry verticals will improve management processes, their connection with their team members, and their growth at Analytix as the company continues to increase outsourcing services in the USA and across the world.
Racioppi has operated at C-level positions for over a decade after graduating from Boston University with a BA in Journalism and a minor in Political Science. He has held many impressive positions with global companies, such as Director of Global Security for Snapchat.
In addition to Racioppi’s impressive career progression, he also served 13 years in the United States Army as a Green Beret, deploying multiple times to the Middle East, Africa, and Europe. Racioppi spends his free time as the performance development coach for the Boston University men's rowing team. He is a lifelong sailor, and he volunteers as the Race Director for Sailhead, a veteran's service organization dedicated to reducing the veteran suicide rate. Adding to his impressive background, he has also served as the Treasurer of the United War Veterans Council.
Racioppi was drawn towards Analytix as he feels the company is well-positioned to make a huge impact on the outsourcing market by combining innovation, high standards, and client focus. To do so will take an investment in people and talent management, which he is passionate about building.
